TAMARACK HEIGHTS APARTMENT
Located in the Tamarack neighbourhood in the City of Edmonton. This 161-suite apartment has a single level under-ground parkade. There is a mix of one- and two-bedroom suites for rent. The facility has indoor & outdoor amenity areas including a roof top patio area. The overall GFA is approximately 170,000 square feet. DMC Cost Management is providing Project Monitoring Services on this project.
NORTHERN ALBERTA JUBILEE AUDITORIUM
Alberta Infrastructure is planning an expansion of the loading dock area. The project includes the addition of two loading bays and support spaces. We are providing costing planning throughout the design stages.
CADOMIN COMMUNITY CENTRE
The Cadomin Community Society is planning to build a community hall. The new hall will be approximately 6,200 square feet. The facility will have an open hall concept, with full kitchen, a bar, museum area, multi-use room, washrooms, and support spaces. We are providing costing on the concept design.
BAGGA COMMERCIAL BUILDING
Located on Mistatim Way in the Northwest part of the City of Edmonton. The development will entail the construction of a two Storey structural steel commercial building and associated site works. The overall GFA is approximately 13,000 square feet. DMC Cost Management is providing Project Monitoring Services on this project.
PUBLIC WORKS & FIRE HALL FACILITY
Alexander First Nation is planning to develop a new Fire Station and Public Works Building. DMC Cost Management are providing costing on five concepts designs.
JASPER ACTIVITY CENTRE
Sports & Recreational Facilities are often the heart of the community. The Municipality of Jasper is planning to redevelop and upgrade the Jasper Activity Centre. We are providing costing on various areas and options.
ST. MICHAEL'S GROVE MANOR
Located in the new Fenwyck community in the City of Spruce Grove. This 170-suite seniors’ facility is on five levels. There is a mix of one- and two-bedroom suites. The facility has indoor & outdoor amenity areas including full dining, multipurpose rooms, meeting rooms, and support staff areas. The overall GFA is approximately 160,000 square feet. DMC Cost Management is providing Project Monitoring services on this project.
LYCÉE INTERNATIONAL DE CALGARY
The Lycée Louis Pasteur Society is planning to redevelop their existing school facility in Calgary. The project involves demolition of an existing administration wing and select interior spaces of the existing facility. New construction includes a new single storey administration building and renovations to the existing facility. Also includes redevelopment of the exterior parking, hard surfaces, and landscaping.
We provided costing for the schematic, working drawings and pretender stages of design.
