Dene Tha’ Women’s Shelter
HIGH LEVEL, BUSHE RIVER AREA
The project involved the construction of an 815m² women’s shelter designed to provide a secure and supportive temporary refuge for Indigenous women and children. The shelter features 10 self-contained suites, each with an ensuite bathroom, as well as a multi-purpose hall for activities, a dining area, a kitchen with storage, a laundry room, and a lounge for social interaction. Additionally, the facility includes a dedicated childcare space and an administrative area for building operations.

Lycée International De Calgary Renovation & Addition
CALGARY
The project involved the construction of a Preschool and Kindergarten (Maternelle Program) designed to accommodate 120 children. This program offers an integrated yet independent curriculum for eight classes of children aged 3 to 5 years. Additional functional spaces in the project include a dedicated nap area, gym, library, and administrative offices, serving the Maternelle Program as well as the Elementary through High School levels. Site work included the demolition of existing buildings and a parking area to create a new parking lot with 46 stalls.

ENOCH CREE NATION, ALBERTA
The project involved the construction of a 2,782 m² child, youth and family services building. The facility will provide short- and long-term prevention programs for children and families requiring intervention. The facility will be highlighted with mass timber construction and a central gathering area and several healing and gathering areas. The state-of-the-art facility will combine modern construction while respecting the traditions of the First Nations.

The Cadomin Community Hall will be approximately 6,200 square feet. The facility has an open hall, full commercial kitchen, a bar, museum area, multi-use room, washrooms, and support spaces.

This 161-suite apartment has a single level under-ground parkade. There is a mix of one- and two-bedroom suites. The facility has indoor and outdoor amenity areas. The overall GFA is approximately 170,000 square feet.

St Michael’s Grove Manor

Located in the new Fenwyck community. This 170-suite seniors’ facility is on five levels. There is a mix of one- and two-bedroom suites. The facility has indoor & outdoor amenity areas including full dining, multipurpose rooms, meeting rooms, and support staff areas. The overall GFA is approximately 160,000 square feet.
