Mark Southern has over 15 years of direct industry experience, having been actively participating in the construction sector since 2008.​​Mark successfully completed the Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Construction Management & Engineering program at the South East Technological University. He is a member in good standing with the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors and holds the credentials of Professional Quantity Surveyor (PQS).

Mark has worked in all aspects of financial management within the construction industry, specializing in project monitoring and has worked for consultants, Contractor and the Public sector in different countries. Mark has extensive experience with industrial, commercial and residential buildings. With this exposure to a wide variety of types of projects, Mark brings the right set of skills to your project, making him an essential partner in the provision of reliable cost advice in today's challenging building industry.
