Clement Sitima
DIRECTOR
Clement Sitima brings over 20 years of hands-on industry experience, having been actively involved in the construction sector since 2000.He holds a Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying from Copperbelt University and a Master of Science in Real Estate Investment and Finance from Heriot-Watt University.
Clement is a member in good standing with the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (CIQS) and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), holding the designations of Professional Quantity Surveyor (PQS) and Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS), respectively.
Clement has worked in all aspects of financial management within the construction industry, including cost control and life cycle costing, tendering, contract placement and review, quality control, post contract control and project monitoring and has worked for consultants, Contractor and the Public sector in different countries. Clement has extensive experience with industrial, commercial, residential buildings, schools, transportation and marine works. With this exposure to a wide variety of types of projects, Clement brings the right set of skills to your project, making him an essential partner in the provision of reliable cost advice in today's challenging building industry.
