Doug Moller has over 29 years of industry experience, having actively participated in the construction sector since 1992.


Doug successfully completed the Construction Engineering Technology Diploma program at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology. He is a member in good standing with the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors, The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Association of Science and Engineering Technology Professionals of Alberta and holds the credentials of Professional Quantity Surveyor (PQS), Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS), Certified Engineering Technologist (CET), Gold Seal Certification (GSC).

Doug has worked in all aspects of financial management within the construction industry, including cost control and life cycle costing, tendering, contract placement and review, quality control, post contract control and project monitoring. Doug has extensive experience with industrial, commercial and residential buildings as well as schools, hospitals, transportation and P3 projects. With this exposure to a wide variety of types of projects, Doug brings the right set of skills to your project, making him an essential partner in the provision of reliable cost advice in today's challenging building industry.

Clement Sitima has over 20 years of direct industry experience, having been actively participating in the construction sector since 2000.

​Clement successfully completed the Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying program at the Copperbelt University and Master of Science in Real Estate Investment and Finance at Heriot Watt University. He is a member in good standing with the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors and holds the credentials of Professional Quantity Surveyor (PQS).


Clement has worked in all aspects of financial management within the construction industry, including cost control and life cycle costing, tendering, contract placement and review, quality control, post contract control and project monitoring and has worked for consultants, Contractor and the Public sector in different countries. Clement has extensive experience with industrial, commercial, residential buildings, schools, transportation and marine works.
